Colleen joined Canada Retirement Information Centre in 2017, as Member & Administrative Support. Colleen appreciated the opportunity to learn new skills and with over 20 years of Executive Administrative experience and a passion for outstanding customer service Colleen’s role soon evolved to Operations Manager. Colleen now oversees all areas of office management, including social media and marketing. Colleen’s commitment to creating positive client experiences made her the ideal person to provide additional support and guidance, whenever needed to our entire team and their clients.
Colleen is the proud mom of three amazing grown children Eva, Shelby and Zack. She loves entertaining friends, travelling and spending weekends at the lake with her husband Rick..
